House Resolution No. 406, Resolution Urging the Philippine Government to Adopt and Ratify the Declaration on the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearances as Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 47/133 of 15 Dember 1992

It is high time for the Philippine Government to adopt and ratifty the United Nations Assembly Resolution 47/133 of 18 December 1992, and to implement Amnestly International’s (AI) Fourteen Point Program for the Prevention of Disappearance.
