DILG Proposal to Use Stickers to Identify Drug Free Homes (CHR A2017-005)

The CHRP expresses serious concern over DILG’s plan of identifying drug-free homes inasmuch as it could amount to a violation of an individual’s human rights to due process of law and right to privacy enshrined under the Constitution and international human rights instruments.
