Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Bills in the 17th Congress of the House of Representatives (House Bills Nos. 79, 491, 576, 1556, 3312, 3468, 3541, 3895)

The CHRP fully supports the enactment of a bill that protects individuals from discrimination and unequal treatment. On the other hand, the passage of a Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Law will mark a significant step in giving flesh and teeth to the constitutional guarantee against discrimination and ensuring equality of rights of all persons.
