“Anti-Terrorism Act” or Senate Bill No. 1353

The Bill is an extreme measure and extreme measures always run roughshod on constitutional guarantees on human rights and basic freedoms. Our political experience tells us that they serve only as a sort of a patch up relief to social afflictions.
