CHR Calls for the Investigation into the Abduction and Killing of Jee Ick Joo

The Commission on Human Rights staunchly calls on the Philippine government to investigate the abduction and killing of South Korean national Jee Ick Joo allegedly by members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) last October.

Pahayag sa Commission on Human Rights nga nagsubli sa panawagan nga imbestigahan ang tanang “nanlaban” nga mga kaso

Ang tanan nga mga kaso nga nag-awhag sa pagdepensa sa kaugalingon (“nanlaban”) kinahanglan nga mapamatud-an sa korte, labi na kadtong naglambigit sa mga ahente sa estado o mga opisyal sa pulisya. Kung ang mga pulis mopatay sa giingong mga kriminal tungod sa pagdepensa sa kaugalingon, ang balido niini kinahanglan nga maestablisar sa tukma nga mga proseso sa korte.
