The Commission supports Senate Bill No. 2929 as a progressive realization of the rights of older persons to social protection, equality, and a life of dignity. The Commission calls on all government agencies, legislators, and stakeholders to ensure that this measure is enacted and implemented for the rights and dignity of all older persons. The Commission is ready to engage in further dialogue and collaboration to ensure that older persons in the Philippines receive the support and recognition they deserve.
