To: All interested applicants who meet the minimum qualification standards are welcome to apply. Kindly submit the required application documents to the HRDD, see list (“a” to “g”):

a) Application letter indicating the position you are applying for;

b) Three (3) Original Copies and Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with additional work experience sheet (WES), forms and Guide-to-Filling-Out the PDS can be downloaded at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website https://web.csc.gov.ph/; Revised 2025.

b) Copy of certificate of CSC Eligibility/IBP ID/PRC ID;

c) Certified true copy of Transcript of Records (TOR);

d) Performance Rating for the last rating period (for applicants employed in the government);

e) Copy of Diploma;

g) Copy of training certificates

Kindly submit the required documents placed inside a long-sized folder, with the name of the applicant (Surname, First Name, Middle Name) clearly indicated on the folder.

In addition to this, kindly upload your scanned documents through the provided online form or platform. Make sure that the uploaded files are identical to the hard copies you will submit. Kindly visit the CHR Website and CHR social media for the link.

For CHR Employees, including next-in-rank, please take note that the abovementioned required application documents are strictly for APPLICATION PURPOSES ONLY, and are subject for validation based on HRDD files.

Important Reminder: the HRMPSB has the discretion to exclude submissions with incomplete required application documents as such will deprive the Selection Board the opportunity to conduct proper and accurate assessment of your qualifications.

Further, please take note of the deadline of submission because application documents submitted beyond the deadline date will no longer be entertained.
