Has experience in auditing government institutions or donor-funded projects, preferably with United Nations agencies or international organizations
The External Auditor shall perform the following functions:
– Examine the project’s financial records, accounts, and statements, including the statement of income and expenditure and supporting documentation
– Verify that expenditures are adequately documented, allowable, and incurred within the approved project period
– Confirm that the financial management systems used for the project align with generally accepted accounting principles and donor expectations
The applicant must be:
– Familiar with government processes
– Independent from CHR and free from any conflicts of interest related to the audit assignment
– Has no derogatory record; must be willing and be able to travel outside the work station
Compensation for the services shall be at the rate of 49,500php per month for one (1) month working period, subject to individual tax and other applicable taxes.
Requirements:
– Curriculum Vitae (to include credentials as a Certified Public Accountant)
– Accreditation from Board of Accountancy
– List of Similar Engagements/Clients (if applicable)
