Qualifications
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint /Canva, Photoshop)
Fluent in communication both written and oral
Skills in records management
Excellent people-skill, knowledge, and sound attitude in dealing with urgent matters
Knowledgeable ni photography, video editing and graphic design
Skils in technical writing
Background in events organizing
Familiar with government processes
No derogatory record
Must be wiling and able totravel outside the work station
Scope of Work
Assist the Visitorial Division-Prevention Cluster ni the overall implementation of the JD program
Provide technical and administrative support for JD program and related activities implemented by the Prevention Cluster
Document (technical, photo &video) al activities related to the JD program
Coordinate the logistical and financial requirements for the project
Assist in the organization and conduct of meetings, seminars, and training sessions on JD program
Ensure installation of GOJUST Il: The Human Rights Component communications and visibility materials in JD activities supported by the project
Monitor the technical and financial status of the JD program
Update the GOJUST Il: The Human Rights Component calendar of activities in relation to DJ program
Prepare financial documents for all JD activities under GOJUST II: The Human Rights Component
Assist in document management and filing system
Perform other tasks as may be necessary in relation to the project
