At least 1 year cumulative experience in events management, particularly in the following: Event formulation and organization
Event logistics
Visual design, particularly in creating social media graphics and physical collateral mockups
Proficient in using creative softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
Preferably with experience in the following fields: Creative writing Photography and videography Visual design

Scope of Work
Coordinates and helps organize all project-related activities/events
Ensures proper logistics and visibility requirements as well as compilation and organization of all photo and video materials for integration and showcasing during project-related activities/events,
Develops and collates event feedback surveys
Assists in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution
