The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), using single – year for a duration of One (1) year Framework Agreement, through the NEP 2024 to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (3,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract Lease of Venue for CY 2024 through a Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
