The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) through the PASCO-SCD with funding assistance from Gojust2 Human Rights Project, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos. (PhP700,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR THE RECALIBRATING/UPDATING OF CHR WEBSITE. The attached Terms of Reference provide the details of the Scope of Services, Eligibility Requirements, Qualifications, Deliverables and Criteria in the Evaluation of Proposals.
