The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Bids and Awards Committee for the Alternative Methods of Procurement (BAC-AMP), intends to procure for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF THE CHR REGIONAL OFFICE – REGION XI (DAVAO) – AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM PHASE 1 through Section 53.10 Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thousand pesos only (Php 900,000.00) under the approved 2025 GO Just 2 Fund of CHR pursuant to the 2025 CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
