The CHR, through its General Administration Office – General Services Division (GAO – GSD), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (PhP104,000.00) as an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF TOILET MIRRORS FOR THE CHR NEW CENTRAL OFFICE BUILDING through Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
