Security Services for CHR XI

the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Regional Office, will procure Security Services with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP520,000.00); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the 2020 GAA fund of CHR pursuant to the CHR XI Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2020; WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS) determined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement through procurement of Security Service under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184;
