Procurement Status:
the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Regional Office, will procure Office Laptop with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Six Pesos and Seventy Five Cents (PhP483,806.75); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the GOJUST fund of CHR pursuant to the GOJUST Human Rights Project PPMP FY 2020; WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS) determined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement through procurement of Office Laptop under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184;
