Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the Planning and Management Office -Management Information Systems Division (PMO-MISD), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment (QR/Bar Code Scanner/Printer & Biometric Finger Scanner) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP55,000.00); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the 2020 budget of CHR pursuant to the CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2020; WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS) determined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement through Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) No. 9184
