Procurement Status:
The COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS (CHR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2021, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Various Construction and Electrical Tools and Material through section 53.11 – Negotiated Procurement under Two Failed Biddings following the prescribed rules, regulations and procedures under Item D(1) Roman Numerical V of Annex “H” of the revised IRR of RA 9184 otherwise known as “Consolidated guidelines on the Alternative Methods of Procurement”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
