Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the General Administration Office – General Services Division (GAO-GSD), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of Various Electrical Materials with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP550,000.00); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the 2020 funds of the General Administration Office (GAO) pursuant to the CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2020; WHEREAS, the ‘Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS) determined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement through Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184
