Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the Planning Management Office Management Information System Division for CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 1B 2022-08-104. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The CHR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required forty-five (45) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary ”pass/fa if’ criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
