Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) through its Human Rights Education and Research Office (HREPO) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP788,000.00) as an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the SUPPLY, PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF IEC MATERIALS FOR THE 75th UOHR ANNIVERSARY through Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
