Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) through its Office of the Executive Director-Strategic Communication Division (OED-SCD) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP450,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Traditional Media Placement. The attached Terms of Reference provide the Deliverable/Specifications, and Eligibility Requirements and Timeline. The bid proposal shall correspond to the specific requirements and shall be accompanied by documents or evidence in response to the eligibility, technical, and financial requirements as provided in 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184; The Bids and Awards Committee for Goods and Services (BAC-GS) shall determine and recommend the award of the contract to the bidder with the Highest Rated and Responsive Bid (HRRB) pursuant to Section 37.1.1 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184;
