Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the GAO-GSD will procure the Supply, Delivery and Compaction of Grave Road Temporary Access Road of CHR with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 75,000.00); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the 2020 GOJUST Fund pursuant to the CHR Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2020; WHEREAS, the Special Bids and Awards Committee for Foreign-Assisted Projects (SBAC-FAPs) determined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement through Small Value Procurement, Section 53.9 of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184;
