CHRP Inputs to the HRC Resolution 32/13 “The Promotion, Protection and Enjoyment of Human Rights on the Internet”

OHCHR requested inputs to NHRIs on the situation and obstacles faced by women (and vulnerable and marginalized groups) in the Philippines to access the internet, and measures taken to bridge the gender digital divide in the country.

CHRP inputs contributed to the report of the UN High Commissioner on ways to bridge the gender digital divide from a human rights perspective, which will be submitted to the Human Rights Council at its thirty fifth session.
