The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) takes reports of human rights violations seriously. We assure concerned groups that as best we can, we shall take appropriate action in accordance with our mandate on the basis of all relevant information available to us under the circumstances. The clearance processes within the CHR is a long-standing practice institutionalized in partnership with the security sector primarily for purposes of training, schooling or deployment overseas with international partners, as well as for promotions and confirmation within the armed services.
