The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the GAO-GSD will procure the Supply and Delivery of Wall Climb Equipment with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP 80,000.00); WHEREAS, said procurement project shall be sourced from the 2020 GOJUST Fund pursuant to the CHR Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for CY 2020; WHEREAS, pursuant to SBAC Resolution No. 09-158 series of 2020, the same procurement project has been resolved and declared to have failed pursuant to Sec 35.1 a) – No bids are received. It was further r e commended for re-bidding & re-posting; WHEREAS, the Special Bids and Awards Committee for Foreign-Assisted Projects (SBAC-FAPs) d etennined the mode of procurement as Negotiated Procurement through Small Value Procurement, Section 53.9 of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184;
