Mensahe ni CHR Chairperson Richard P Palpal-latoc sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng mga Manggagawa

Kasama ang buong Komisyon sa mga Karapatang Pantao o CHR, ipinapaabot namin ang aming pagpupugay sa lahat ng mga manggagawang Pilipino ngayong Mayo Uno o ang Araw ng mga Manggagawa.

Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay hindi lamang pagkakataon para sariwain ang mga napagtagumpayan na ng ating mga manggawa, pero isang ring oportunidad para igiit ang panawagan para isulong ang mas makataong kondisyon, sweldo, at karapatan ng bawat trabahador, manggagawa, o empleyado, dito man sa loob ng bansa o sa ibayong-dagat.

Kasama ng mga manggagawang Pilipino ang CHR sa pagtindig para sa inyong mga karapatan tungo sa isang buhay na may pagkilala sa karapatan at dignidad ng lahat, handang maglingkod at walang kinikilingan maging sino ka man.
