On behalf of GANHRI, Comm’r Leah Tanodra-Armamento of CHRP provides statement as per Trafficking in Persons and Contemporary Forms of Slavery that NHRIs (i.e. NHRIs of Kenya. Nigeria and South Africa) are tasked to advance the rights of migrants, including measures to counter trafficking and introducing human rights perpectives in their respective national policies and practices. Furthermore, Comm’r Leah Tanodra-Armamento of CHRP also provides statement as per Appropriate Identification, Protection, and Assistance to Migrants and Trafficking Victims.
