MAHALAGANG PANAWAGAN SA MGA NATITIRANG HUMAN RIGHTS VICTIMS CLAIMANTS SA ILALIM NG RA 10368

Sa bisa ng Joint Resolution 4, s. 2019, inilipat ang awtoridad sa Commission on Human Rights (CHR) upang ipagpatuloy ang distribusyon at pagpapalit sa mga cheke na may problema na hindi natapos gawin ng Human Rights Victims’ Claims Board (HRVCB) noong nagsara ito noong 12 May 2018.

Pinroseso ng CHR ang pinansyal na reparasyon ng 341 na eligible claimants na hindi pa natanggap ang kanilang claims sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 10368 o “Human Rights Victims Reparation and Recognition Act of 2013.” Ang proseso ay nagsimula noong 08 May 2019 at magtatapos sa 31 December 2019.

Kami ay nananawagan sa mga sumusunod na claimants na hindi pa nakakapag-claim ng kanilang bagong cheke na i-submit ang required documents sa lalong madaling panahon. Ang pondo sa ilalim ng Joint Resolution No. 4, s. 2019 ay available lamang hanggang 31 December 2019.
