アリステア・T・タン 人権委員会（CHR）は、2022年3月22日、地域IIIの受刑者保護・権利促進におけるギンバ地区刑務所のベストプラクティスと取り組みを表彰する簡素な式典を開催しました。式典には、ギンバ地区刑務所所長のダレル・グラズラ主任監察官に代わって、警備・管理主任のホセ・レノン3世監察官が出席し、表彰を受けました。この表彰は、地域事務所が2022年1月18日に予告なしに刑務所を訪問した際の調査結果を受けて行われました。刑務所訪問は、CHR地域事務所長のレオラエ・バルモンテ弁護士、エルマー・マニエゴ上級調査官、ノルベルト・フォンティリャス上級調査官（SI）によって行われました。[…]

A portion of the said senior facility was mistakenly demolished during a clearing operation conducted by the local government unit (LGU) of San Jose Del Monte City on 19 March 2022 to expand the space for the City Health Center VII.
