Position Paper on the Proposed Amendments to the Family Code
The CHRP fully supports the amendment of provisions which give preference to the decisions of the husband over the wife. Furthermore, the CHRP recommends that the provisions referencing to “interest of the family” as basis of Court decisions should be omitted.
