인권 위원회는 전국에서 일어나는 일련의 살인 사건에 대해 계속 경각심을 갖고 있으며, 라디오에서 쿠만데르 아길라라는 이름으로 알려진 네그로스 오리엔탈 방송인 가브리엘 알부로의 사건이 사망자 수에 가장 최근에 추가된 사건입니다.
탠덤 라이딩과 개방된 공공장소에서의 공격은 여전히 많은 가해자들에 의해 자행되고 있으며, 이로 인해 사고 지역에 있는 모든 사람들의 안전과 권리가 위험에 처하게 됩니다.
위원회는 사제, 변호사, 판사, 법 집행관, 정부 관리, 그리고 그러한 불의로 피해를 입은 일반 시민을 포함한 모든 사람의 생명권의 최우선성을 노골적으로 무시하는 모든 형태의 살인을 비난합니다.
우리는 정부가 특히 인권 침해가 만연한 이 시기에 모든 사람의 권리를 보호하기 위한 노력을 더욱 강화할 것을 촉구합니다.
