Best Practices and How to Improve on the Effectiveness of Cross-Border Cooperation Between States with Respect to Law Enforcement on the Issue of Business and Human Rights

The CHRP submits to the GAHRI Working Group on Business and Human Rights (WG BHR) its inputs on best practices and how to improve on the effectiveness of cross-broader enforcement on the issue of business and human rights.

This submission took into consideration local and international reports from government, civil society, the media, and international non-governmental organizations.

This submission also utilized the Commission’s own documentation of independent monitoring activities and statements on matters regarding business and human rights which were subjected to the internal deliberations of the Commission En Banc.
