Positibong Discipline Bill na Inihain sa Senado (Senate Bill 1477)

The CHRP respectfully submits this position paper on the proposed legislative measure seeking to prohibit corporal punishment and to promote positive discipline in homes, schools, institutions, alternative care systems, workplaces, juvenile welfare system, places of religious worship, and in all other setting.

The CHRP expresses its firm commitment to work together with all of the stakeholders enumerated in this draft law in guiding all Filipino parents and their children into a new era for parenting, one free of all forms of abuse, violence and cruelty.
