Procurement Status:
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the 2019 General Appropriations Act Fund of the Commission on Human Rights intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Fifty-four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Pesos and 22/100. (PhP4,254,470.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Supply and Delivery of Ninety-One (91) Units of Laptop Computer for the Commission on Human Rights, SAAC Building Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
